Mission for installation:

Customer wanted to investigate alternatives to conventional hot air barriers (2x3kW). A hot-air barrier was planned over the front door and the inner door of the airlock. Customer had bad experiences with conventional hot air barrier from the past. Dimensions and structural considerations also made it difficult for installation of conventional hot air barrier.

We chose to mount 2 pcs. 1300W 600X1200MM ThermIQ heating panels as a pilot project. A panel was mounted in the ceiling just inside the front door and the second panel was added to the ceiling in the lock.

Objectives and description:

Exterior doors are made of aluminum and glass, opening 95cm (overall width 2.1 meters) Lock in plaster, height 2.4 m, 3m wide and 4 meter deep.

SUBWAY

In our Subway in Buchen that was opened in August 2009 we have installed the ThermIQ infrared heating system. Not only our employees but also our guests are always fascinated by the soothing warmth. The indoor climate is independent of the outside temperature and it always keeps a constant temperature. We save each month a huge cost - Recorded savings compared to our other locations. We have in Buchen a total electricity bill of 900€ per month including heating and all other electricity. In our other Subway locations, with the same building size the electricity bill is 1200 € per month. All in all we can recommend to anyone the ThermIQ heating system and we are also satisfied with the support by the staff of Ensama GmbG.

TOYOTA

The company ENSAMA GmbH has in our Car House made a transformation and realignment of our gas heating system to the ThermIQ infrared heating panels.

Admittedly, we were skeptical at first, because the infrared heating technology is not known. Today we are glad that we made this step, since we after only two months have had a significant savings in our heating costs (about 50% so far). We feel an extraordinary, pleasant room and working environment. In addition our customers have expressed a very positive feedback from the atmosphere in our showroom.
